Job Description
Accounting Knowledge:
Working knowledge of general financial accounting principles and practices, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, management, vendors, customers, and auditors.Accuracy and Organization:
Exceptional attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to maintain well-organized records and supporting documentation.Independence and Prioritization:
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment.Technology Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with high Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is preferred Accounting in a manufacturing environment is preferredEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of three years of general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or related experience preferred.
