In this high-impact role, you will be directly responsible for supporting the integrity and accuracy of over 4.5 million tax reporting statements and forms for high-net-worth individual and institutional accounts. Working at the intersection of data validation, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance, you will research tax entry discrepancies, validate key database reporting, and ensure seamless tax filing with the IRS, Puerto Rico, and state authorities.

High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Data Validation & Reporting:
Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual reports against the primary tax database to verify the accuracy of high-volume tax entries and income data.
Tax Form Auditing & Statement Integrity:
Review, audit, and troubleshoot issues across tax reporting statements and forms prior to state and federal submission.
Branch Inquiry & Resolution:
Serve as a consultative operational resource by researching and responding to complex tax reporting inquiries from branch offices.
Process & Operational Support:
Assist with core team workflow functions, maintaining strict adherence to regulatory deadlines and operational standards.
Required Qualifications Financial & Reconciliation Skills:
Demonstrated experience in high-volume data reconciliation, analytical research, and problem-solving.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office—specifically Microsoft Excel—with a track record of fast and accurate data entry.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across various organizational levels.
Detail-Oriented & Adaptive:
ability to prioritize multiple tight deadlines independently while maintaining a flexible, positive approach to changing priorities.
Seasonal Flexibility:
Willingness to work required weekday and weekend overtime during peak tax production cycles (January through April).
