Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious early-career candidate to join our team as an Entry Level Financial Analyst in Florida. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for an entry-level analyst who is eager to strengthen financial modeling, analytical thinking, and reporting skills while working closely with experienced team leadership. The position offers hands-on exposure to Excel-driven analysis and the chance to build a long-term career in finance within a collaborative, in-person environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day financial analysis by organizing data, reviewing trends, and preparing clear summaries for team use.
  • Build and maintain spreadsheet-based models to assist with forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
  • Partner with experienced team members to learn core analytical methods and apply them to real business and market data.
  • Compile information from financial reports and other sources to help produce accurate recurring and ad hoc analysis.
  • Use advanced Excel functions to clean, structure, and interpret large data sets efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing materials that communicate findings, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct research related to financial markets and relevant business metrics to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to reporting processes by checking data accuracy and helping improve consistency across analyses.
