Job Title Financial Program Analyst Location Panama City Beach, FL US (Primary) Job Type Full-time Education Bachelor's Degree Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Category Finance Job Description EPS Corporation is looking for a Financial Program analyst to provide financial, project management, and programmatic support for assigned programs and projects. This position is responsible for maintaining project and financial information within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other project management and financial tools. The Financial Program Analyst supports project planning, scheduling, funding tracking, financial reporting, program performance, change management, and communications activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting program and department leadership. Requirements Requirements Maintain project and financial information within ERP and other project management tools. Support project planning, scheduling, milestones, deliverables, and financial reporting. Track incoming and outgoing funding documentation and financial obligations. Prepare monthly Milestones & Deliverables reports for department management. Assist with data analysis, project coordination, reporting, and action-item tracking. Support change management, program performance, and communications activities. Document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. Provide recommendations to support program planning, scheduling, and execution. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in financial, project, program, or business management support. Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting, spreadsheets, and data analysis. Strong Microsoft Excel, organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting government or Department of Defense programs. Experience with government funding and financial documentation. Knowledge of project management methodologies and project scheduling. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or program performance reporting. Desired Skills/Other Considerations Type of Security Clearance Required Secret
