We are looking for a motivated Para-Planner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who aspires to grow into a Senior Financial Planner or Financial Advisor role within a firm that offers exceptional upward mobility and mentorship. Key Responsibilities Support financial planners in case preparation and presentation development Assist in gathering and organizing client financial data Prepare financial plan inputs, cash flow projections, and net worth statements Generate portfolio and performance reports Coordinate and follow up on client service needs, including follow-up on paperwork, transfers, and account maintenance Conduct research and analysis on investment options and planning strategies Maintain CRM systems and client records with accuracy and attention to detail Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and internal team members Sitting in meetings, taking notes and sending client follow-up recap emails and coordinating follow-up to-do's. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Financial Planning, or related field Series 7, 63, 65/66

• Completed within 6 months of employment FL 215 (Life/health/Variable) license
• Completed within 3 months of employment 1-3 years of relevant experience in a financial services or planning environment preferred CFP® coursework or interest in pursuing the designation is a plus Key Competencies Strong analytical skills
