Position Summary We are seeking a full time motivated and skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial analysis, physician compensation, bonus calculations, reporting, and data analytics. This position will work extensively with large data sets, including pulling, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing data from multiple sources to develop meaningful insights and support business decisions. Key Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to : Prepare recurring financial reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business and operational decision-making Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and communicate key findings to leadership Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other FP&A activities Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support business initiatives Support the calculation and administration of physician compensation and incentive/bonus programs Assist with process improvements and automation related to physician compensation Work with large and complex data sets from multiple systems and sources Pull data using SQL and transform raw data into usable analytical datasets Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Human Resources, IT/Data, and clinical leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field 1-3 years of relevant financial analysis, FP&A, business intelligence, or data analytics experience. Healthcare preferred, but not required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation, and financial modeling Experience with Power BI, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations Working proficiency in SQL, with the ability to pull and manipulate data from large databases Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision plans 401(k) with Employer Contribution Paid Holidays and Vacation Voluntary Benefits Why Join Us?
