ACCOUNTINGSCHEDULE
Full Time, 8 HR Day Shift, 8:30 - 5:00 POSITION SUMMARY The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing daily cash operations, monitoring liquidity, and supporting treasury management activities. This role ensures accurate cash positioning and effective management of banking relationships. The Treasury Analyst provides financial analysis and reporting that supports informed decision-making and helps maintain strong internal financial controls. This position works closely with accounting, finance, leadership, and external banking partners to ensure the organization's funds are managed efficiently and securely.EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, accounting, or finance. Experience with cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, or treasury management. Healthcare industry experience is beneficial but not required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
General knowledge required of the following: Cash management and treasury principles Bank account reconciliation processes Financial reporting and analysis Accounting principles and financial controls Banking platforms and treasury management systems Financial forecasting and liquidity management Internal control frameworks and audit requirements Thorough knowledge required of the following: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel including data analysis and reporting Ability to analyze large volumes of financial data with attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, finance, and operational departments Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilitiesWORKING CONDITIONS - ADA INFORMATION
Comfortable indoor office environment with the majority of work being sedentary and completed at a computer. Minimal lifting, up to ten pounds, occasional standing, bending, stooping, reaching.
