GAAP Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities +

Financial Reporting:

Lead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, in accordance with US GAAP. +

Compliance & Auditing:

Conduct and support internal and external audits by gathering documentation, addressing auditor inquiries, and resolving identified discrepancies. +

Internal Controls:

Develop, maintain, and strengthen internal controls to protect financial integrity and prevent reporting errors. +

Variance Analysis:

Analyze financial trends and prepare analytical reports for executive management, providing actionable insights into business performance. +

Technical Research:

Continuously research and implement new accounting pronouncements to ensure corporate financial transactions reflect the latest GAAP regulations Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $47.62/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
