West Des Moines, IO (3 days onsite & 2 days remote) Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of relevant legal experience or comparable experience reviewing complex legal-equivalent documentation. Experience in loan processing, mortgage servicing, underwriting, legal operations, document review, or financial services operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage a high-volume work queue and prioritize competing tasks. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactive work habits. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable making outbound calls to obtain missing information. Ability to work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment while following established procedures and regulatory requirements.
