Bank Loan Operations Analyst (Contract)

Location:

Downers Grove, IL 60515 (4 Days Onsite)

Pay Rate:

$40.00

•$45.00/hour

Duration:

8-Month Contract

About the Role

Our client, a premier global investment organization, is seeking a Bank Loan Operations Analyst to join their Bank Loan Oversight and Administration Team. This role supports portfolio management and investment teams through reporting, trade execution support, and settlement coordination. It's an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in investment operations, loan markets, or fixed income.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and deliver scheduled reporting for internal stakeholders, including:

Investment teams

Reporting teams

Legal & compliance

Support trading operations by:

Ensuring accurate and timely trade entry

Assisting traders with execution workflows

Coordinate with trade closing teams to facilitate settlement activities:

Act as liaison with traders, counterparties, and agent banks

Maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy across systems

Perform data mining and analysis from internal and external sources

Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred)

2+ years of relevant work experience

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Excellent analytical (quantitative and qualitative) skills

Ability to interpret and present data effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office:

Excel (advanced functions preferred)

Access and Word

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with:

Bonds and bond settlements

Loan market (LMA) and fund operations

Experience in:

Investment management environments

Reporting or product oversight roles

Working knowledge of:

S&P Wall Street Office

Allvue Everest
