POSITION SUMMARY
The Treasury Management Specialist supports the delivery, implementation, and ongoing servicing of Treasury Management products and solutions for commercial clients. This position works closely with clients, Relationship Managers, lenders, internal departments, and third-party partners to support onboarding, product administration, client service, and relationship growth. The role is primarily operational and client-focused, serving as a key resource for Treasury Management products and services while assisting with sales efforts, deposit growth initiatives, product adoption, and client retention. Although primarily office-based, the position may require participation in client meetings, training sessions, networking events, and community activities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Treasury Management Client Relationships Supports commercial clients throughout the Treasury Management lifecycle, including discovery, onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing servicing. Serves as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Support Treasury Management Products and Services Provides support for: Online Banking and Treasury Management platforms ACH origination services Domestic and international wire transfers Positive Pay and fraud prevention services Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Lockbox services User administration and entitlements Dual control and security administration Treasury Management service maintenance requests Account research and troubleshooting Client training and education Implementation follow-up and quality control Coordinate Internal and External Relationships Collaborates with Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Information Technology, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely support of client needs. Coordinates with Merchant Services, Commercial Card providers, and other Treasury Management partners to facilitate referrals, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service activities. Acts as a liaison between clients and internal support areas Ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and a positive client experience while upholding all aspects of the Five-Star Pledge to be the Ultimate Bank for our clients. Maintains availability before, during, and after standard hours as needed. Support Treasury Management Sales and Growth Initiatives Assists with Treasury Management business development efforts by conducting client outreach, identifying opportunities for additional products and services, and supporting deposit growth initiatives. Assists Treasury Management Officers and Commercial Banking partners with proposals, presentations, pricing support, portfolio reviews, and client meetings. Supports referrals for Merchant Services, Commercial Card programs, and other partner-supported solutions. Maintain Records and Reporting Maintains accurate client documentation and tracking records, including onboarding status, service requests, referrals, sales opportunities, annual reviews, and portfolio management activities using departmental reporting and tracking tools. Deliver Training and Professional Representation Conducts client onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and educational training, both virtually and in person. Represents the Bank at client meetings, networking events, educational seminars, and community functions while promoting Treasury Management solutions and exceptional client service. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or coursework in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communications, or a related field preferred Banking, Treasury Management, deposit operations, retail banking, commercial banking, or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of Treasury Management, cash management, and deposit products preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities Commitment to teamwork and outstanding client service Familiarity with Jack Henry and Treasury Management systems preferredPREFERRED DEVELOPMENT PATH
