Job Description

Landmark Wealth Group is seeking a motivated and organized Financial Planning Analyst to join our team in Oakbrook, IL or Highland Park, IL. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our Wealth Advisors in delivering exceptional financial planning and wealth management services to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to Wealth Advisors, ensuring an exceptional client experience . Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and data management. Prepare financial reports, presentations, and other client deliverables. Manage client communication, responding to inquiries, and following up on requests. Conduct research and analysis to support the development and implementation of financial plans. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our wealth management processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of experience in a financial services or wealth management role (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software a plus. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Series 7 or 63 licenses a plus (willingness to obtain a license is a consideration).
