Operations & Finance Analyst Posted on May 27, 2025 May 27, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations & Finance Analyst to support the continued growth and operational efficiency of our client's North American business. This role is ideal for a finance or operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment. You will play a key role in optimizing financial processes, analyzing business data, and improving cross-functional workflows. Position Responsibilities Financial Operations Manage and enhance core financial processes including invoicing, vendor payments, and internal financial reporting Support monthly financial closings and cost tracking in coordination with international finance teams Data Management & Analysis Utilize tools such as QuickBooks Online, Excel/Google Sheets, and SmartSheet to organize, track, and analyze operational data ERP & Digital Tools Implementation Contribute to the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and other technology tools across logistics, finance, and operations Process Improvement Identify process inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations to improve cross-departmental workflows Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas), QuickBooks Online, and data management platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently and work effectively across teams Prior experience in design, construction, or manufacturing-related industries is a strong advantage Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certified Management Accountant (CMA) QuickBooks Certification Lean Six Sigma Certification What the Role Offers Competitive base salary range of $60,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience Hybrid work option available post-onboarding Exposure to international finance and cross-functional collaboration Opportunity to influence and enhance business operations through technology and process optimization Career growth potential within a dynamic and innovative team environment Why Roselle?
