Senior Finance Analyst About City of Hope, City of Hope's mission is to make hope a reality for all touched by cancer and diabetes. Mon - Fri, Day Shift (i.e 8:00am - 5:00pm) Job Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects for City of Hope's Finance leadership. Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects. Analyze revenues, revenue drivers and revenue capture. Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. Participates on teams and contributes to annual budgeting, capital expenditure decision-making, expense control, report writing, and analysis for City of Hope. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required. 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance experience as a financial analyst required. Healthcare Finance experience desirable. Experience with Lawson ERP system preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of PC and Decision Support related software High proficiency level of MS Excel (Advanced to Expert level) Ability to communicate with and serve all levels of management Must possess excellent organizational skills, time management skills and be able to coordinate and manage multiple initiatives City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
