We're seeking an Analyst, Acquisitions & Development Finance to support underwriting, financial modeling, investment analysis, and development initiatives across our expanding portfolio. Responsibilities Underwrite acquisition and development opportunities Build and maintain financial models Analyze investment returns and project economics Support due diligence, market research, and financing analysis Prepare presentations, investment memos, and lender materials Present findings to internal stakeholders and partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, acquisitions, development, investment analysis, private equity, or related fields Knowledge of real estate underwriting, valuation, and investment analysis Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Excellent analytical and presentation abilities Experience with real estate underwriting and investment analysis Hotel experience strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$110,000 base salary Bonus opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance Relocation assistance Why Join Us?
