full-time LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a firm looking for a Lead Financial Analyst. This role will focus on financial analysis, GL accounting, and be a liaison between the Manager and Staff/Seniors.

Responsibilities KPI & Performance Reporting Variance Analysis Financial Modeling & Analysis Budgeting & Forecasting Support Financial Statement Preparation & Analysis Consolidations & Intercompany Accounting Month-End & Quarter-End Close General Ledger Accounting Journal Entries & Account Reconciliations Management Reporting Audit Coordination & Support Process Improvement Initiatives Financial Systems & Reporting Optimization Cross-Functional Business Partnership Requirements:
