Senior Financial Analyst Location:
LaPorte, IN (100% Onsite)
Salary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work alongside the Controller and executive leadership team, providing the financial insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. This is a highly visible role with opportunities to collaborate across departments and contribute to the organization's continued growth. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Controller and senior leadership to support strategic business initiatives. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis for executive review. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Analyze financial performance, profitability, and operational trends to identify business opportunities. Build financial models and provide recommendations to improve business results. Support month-end reporting, variance analysis, and special projects. Develop and enhance reporting tools and processes to improve decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance. Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software. Manufacturing experience preferred.
