Job Description

Job Summary The Financial Data Analyst provides expertise in the development of standard procedures as well as the development of reports, analysis of data and distribution of information and training. The position supports all aspects and functions of the Fiscal Services department as directed. Job Responsibilities Compile and run month end reporting packages, trend reports, daily statistics reports, etc. Analyze and develop user friendly data summaries and distribute to leaders. Develop and document standard operating procedures for Fiscal Services across the department function. Support productivity metric tracking, reporting and analysis. Support audit processes by pulling needing documents to present to regulatory or audit bodies. Develop training for operational leaders on financial processes and procedures and in conjunction with fiscal services subject matter experts. Support annual operating budget process by keying in data, validating assumptions, and providing spreadsheet support. Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements Minimum:
High School Diploma and bachelor's degree within one of year of hire into the position.
Experience Requirements Minimum:
Two (2) years in a financial services or revenue cycle role that involves the development of standard department operating procedures and training materials for operational leaders.
License/Certification Requirements Minimum:
None
