Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team and drive strategic financial insights that support our business growth. In this role, you will analyze financial data, develop forecasting models, and interpret financial statements to inform decision-making processes. Your expertise will help optimize financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the company's long-term success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across various finance functions, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, and business intelligence.
THIS ROLE IS IN-OFFICE, WINCHESTER, IN.
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including variance analysis reporting, profit & loss assessments, and cost accounting evaluations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain financial projection models that support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives. Prepare detailed financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support regulatory reporting requirements by ensuring adherence to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls and other relevant regulations. Utilize financial reporting software and business intelligence tools to generate insightful reports that inform executive decision-making. Perform data analysis using Excel data analysis techniques to interpret complex datasets for accurate financial forecasting and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing strategies, investment evaluations, and organizational planning efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus. Proven experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or public accounting roles with a strong understanding of financial concepts. Proficiency in financial software systems, including ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis. Deep knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, regulatory reporting standards, and technical accounting principles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience developing financial models including forecasting analysis, variance reporting, and business intelligence applications. Excellent communication skills for preparing clear financial reports and interpreting complex data for diverse audiences. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
