Job Description
Position ResponsibilitiesWork closely with talented, professionals, including senior officers, who will give you broad exposure and increasing levels of responsibilityDevelop forecasts and analyses for companys business development and growth initiativesHelp develop and maintain company forecast model, annual budget, and reporting packagesAnalyze revenue and cost drivers to enhance company profitabilityCreate reports and analyze data on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis providing data to company leadershipSupport the financial planning process, including budgets, re-forecasts, and capital planningProvide monthly variance analysis of financial statements Support external reporting with accurate and timely financial informationCreate ad hoc finance reports as requestedCompile short and long-term cash forecastsComfortable reading, navigating, and interpreting detailed loan documentationSupport processes around Account Receivable Key Skills and Traits Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business related field required2+ years of financial analysis experienceStrong accounting, finance, financial modeling, and analytical abilitiesFundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applicationsAbility to work through and develop key assumptions, limitations, and variablesQualitative and quantitative research and analytical abilitiesIndependent thinker and resourceful problem solver driven to succeedPossess the ability to work independently and also hit deadlinesStrong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to multitask Ideal Candidates May Also HaveManufacturing and cost accounting experience Related industry experienceMBA, Masters, or an advanced degree
