Job Description

Essential Job Functions Operations and Record Management Maintain accurate records for all treasury management activities, including service requests, customer documentation, audits, and system entries Perform detailed audits of account and service documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards Support the setup and maintenance of treasury products and services by inputting data and tracking workflows from initiation to completion Ensure organized digital and physical filing of documents and communication logs for internal review and regulatory purposes Communication and Issue Resolution Monitor and manage daily incoming communications including phone calls and emails to the Treasury Team Provide prompt, courteous, and solution-focused responses to internal departments and external customers Serve as the first line of support for operational questions related to treasury products and services Document and track issues and resolutions to help build a reference library for common inquiries and solutions Build positive relationships with clients by proactively communicating service updates, offering guidance, and confirming issue resolutions Team Collaboration and Support Work closely with the Treasury Management Officer and Treasury Relationship Managers to provide consistent operational support across all client pipelines Support Treasury Relationship Managers by ensuring seamless operational execution of client onboarding and service adjustments Assist with internal coordination and follow-up during client onboarding, account changes, or service adjustments Champion a service-oriented approach by assisting teammates and clients with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on delivering a seamless experience Participate in ongoing process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending or implementing improvements in workflows and documentation practices Bank Compliance Requirements Ensure account activities adhere to federal and state regulations such as: Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Stay current on compliance updates and participate in training as required Assist in identifying and reporting suspicious activity in accordance with compliance protocols Minimum Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment Visual acuity to read documents, spreadsheets, and computer screens Occasional lifting of files or boxes up to 25 pounds Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and via email Qualifications Education and Experience and Key Competencies High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of banking, administrative, or operations experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor Friendly and empathetic customer service orientation Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with consistency and accuracy Dependable and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability Calm and solutions-focused under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn internal systems quickly
