Job Description
Robert Half Treasury Consultant Burlington, MA Apply Description We are looking for a skilled Treasury Consultant to join our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in managing and optimizing treasury operations across various banking platforms and legal entities. This position offers the opportunity to ensure compliance, maintain accurate records, and support financial processes critical to our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage banking platforms, including JP Morgan, Bank of America, and Citi, by overseeing user access roles across multiple legal entities and business sites.
- Organize and prepare weekly check deposits for efficient processing.
- Oversee the company's bank accounts by updating signatories, opening or closing accounts, and maintaining an accurate bank account tracker.
- Update the Kyriba Treasury Management system with monthly rates and necessary changes to ensure data accuracy.
- Run and save daily bank reports and monthly statements for easy record accessibility.
- Monitor compliance with state and federal laws related to unclaimed property, including timely reporting, remitting deadlines, and claiming abandoned property.
- Coordinate with banks to fulfill compliance requests and provide necessary documentation.
- Assist in completing annual filings in line with organizational requirements.
- Provide support to internal and external auditors regarding treasury-related functions Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field.
- Proven expertise in corporate treasury operations and activities.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting and treasury management systems.
- Familiarity with banking platforms and managing user access roles.
- Experience in handling compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ability to maintain organized and accurate financial records.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with auditors and financial institutions.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
