Type:

full-time Billing and Finance Coordinator Our client, a reputable and well-established law firm, is looking to add a Billing and Finance Coordinator to its dynamic team. We are looking for an organized candidate who is eager to learn, highly-organized and detail-oriented with an interest in law and ability to handle tasks across multiple disciplines, including Billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Administration.

Compensation:

$70-77,000 annually

•rate listed not guaranteed - potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.

Responsibilities:

Monthly legal billing for an assigned group of attorneys Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and firm credit card transactions Updating billing and financial spreadsheets Facilitate document notarization processes as required, with firm-covered expenses Collaborate with colleagues to streamline billing procedures and enhance accuracy Assisting the Firm's Managing Director and other members of the Billing Team with administrative tasks, as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience working in professional services or law firm environments, with bookkeeping experience considered a plus Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Exhibit strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with figures Show exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills Maintain excellent organizational and prioritization abilities Possess a solid work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Capable of working independently, managing deadlines, and functioning effectively within a team Our Commitment to
