Job Description

Temporary position for 2 months!
Schedule:
M-F 8am-5pm
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, compensation analysis, or workforce planning. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and analyze annual compensation budgets, forecasts, and long-range workforce plans. Support the annual merit increase, bonus, and incentive compensation planning processes. Analyze salary, bonus, and benefit costs across departments to identify trends, variances, and opportunities. Build financial models to evaluate compensation proposals, organizational changes, and hiring plans. Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to assess the financial impact of new hires, promotions, transfers, and organizational restructures. Monitor compensation spending against budget and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations. Ensure compensation data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and financial systems. Develop dashboards and presentations for executive leadership summarizing compensation and labor cost trends.

$49.00 - $52.00 per hour
