WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
What's the job? This position will be a business partner with the sales team and upper management directly involved in supporting Sales & Marketing activities. The Analysts' primary function is to analyze and interpret operating information in order to assist in monitoring and implementing the business goals and objectives. To be effective in this role, you must be able to clearly convey an unbiased view of current and proposed initiatives to drive strategic and profitable growth. Analysis and Reporting Provide accurate financial data, analysis and perspective that establishes sales forecast volumes, pricing, mix variances, margin analysis, and sales & marketing costs Prepare & lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast process Design and build reporting for internal and external customers Identify issues and proactively initiate analyses/solutions. Develop strategies and financial justifications for business decisions, including new opportunities Financial Close Manage the timely completion of the month-end financial close including account management, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare all post closing financial analysis, performance reports and commentary Sales Incentive and Commission Management Review and validate calculation of commission and sales incentive payments Oversight of commission agreements and sales incentive plans Special Projects Ad hoc analysis Expected to recommend and undertake self-initiated project work when discover an area meriting such attention I nternal controls Coordinate and facility internal control reviews, reporting and requirements related to your assigned activities. Ensure that extensive documentation systems are developed and maintained
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
What do you bring? Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance from a four-year college or university. 5-7 years of progressive financial analysis experience required. The incumbent should be a highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to operate in a global matrix organization structure. Ability to work as part of a team and also operate from broad instruction with minimal supervision or direction. Ability to research a particular problem, seek out personnel having relevant information, formulate a solution, recommend and defend solution, direct implementation of accepted recommendations. Broad knowledge of financial understanding and accounting operations. Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can be scaled between all levels of the organization.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $81,500 to $126,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $89,600 to $139,100. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
