Job Description
Executive Portfolio Support, Principal AnalystLocation :
Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MDClearance required :SECRETScope:
Provide principal-level financial and strategic analysis and executive portfolio support to RTI senior leadership, aligning RTI technologies to Army modernization priorities.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support alignment of RTI technologies to the Army Modernization Strategy, T2COM, Futures and Concepts Command Cross-Functional Team portfolio requirements, and Army road-mapping exercises.
- Support strategic, financial, and business planning across applied research, technology development, and advanced component development.
- Assist in preparing budget exhibits and funding justifications supporting the POM/BES cycle.
- Develop executive-level PowerPoint charts and information papers and coordinate with divisions on planned activities. Qualifications
- Master's degree (E2 Analyst, Financial Systems IV).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience with financial management (E2 Analyst, Financial Systems IV).
- Active Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated principal-level strategic and financial planning experience supporting a defense research or acquisition organization.
- Expertise aligning technology portfolios to modernization strategy and the POM/BES cycle.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or Army S&T portfolio experience.
- DoD financial management certification.
