Job Description

Financial Execution and Operations Support, Program Analyst Jour Position title :
Financial Execution and Operations Support, Program Analyst JourneymanLocation :
Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MDClearance required :
SECRETScope:
Provide journeyman-level program analysis and operations support across financial execution and portfolio functions for the RTI Business & Operations Group.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Support funding-document review, tracking, and reporting across RTI financial operations.
  • Support technical meetings and event coordination, including agenda development and executive summary drafting.
  • Support onboarding of new government personnel, records management, and completion of taskers.
  • Assist with reporting requirements to Project Leaders and Government managers. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I).
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Demonstrated program-analysis and data-reporting capability.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills in a government support environment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Army financial/data systems.
  • Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG support.
