The Associate Finance Analyst (Pricing) will provide accounting and finance services in support of the organization's business objectives. This role will assist in establishing and maintaining pricing for machines and aftermarket parts and providing information for management through analysis of sales and cost information. The Associate Finance Analyst will be involved with development of pricing for new products along with routine data updates and related analysis. Additionally, this role will function in compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal control requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with internal and external customers to generate and maintain product pricing to support business needs. Synthesize data into useful information to provide fact-based support related to product and/or customer pricing structures. Maintain pricing data in ERP and CRM systems relative to annual price adjustments and development of new products. Provide guidance and share information regarding Pricing policies and processes. Communicate and drive opportunities to deliver best value for customers; perform analysis in planning, measuring, reporting and improving business unit performance. Develop understanding of Continuous Improvement Management System (CIIMS) and support continues improvement projects. Improve customer-friendly systems, processes, and metric; perform assigned shared services talks in accordance with standard work instructions. Continuous grow knowledge and understanding of Oshkosh People First competencies to engage, develop, and connect team members.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Ability to travel up to 10%.PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with U.S. and international accounting regulations. Knowledge of basic Finance and Accounting concepts. Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suites:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Strong verbal and written communication skillsPay Range:
$51,400.00 - $79,200.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
