Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Develop and maintain financial and pricing models for various business units and projects, evaluate product margins and deal profitability. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis. Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting. Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA Preferred 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
