What you'll need to succeed as a Senior Analyst, Commercial Strategy at XPO Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 2 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis Demonstrate ability to derive insight from data, formulate solutions and drive action Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of a large organization Able to use, evaluate and contribute to computer-generated decision-support models Experience with data mining using business intelligence software Expert at designing and/or improving pricing-related processes within the company to drive financial results Able to collaborate with the Pricing team leadership to establish and implement a pricing strategy and tactical plan Able to do critical evaluation and review processes, make recommendations, influence the outcome of a decision, improve processes and take ownership of the results Expert at data analysis based on input from several departments and data sources, including Sales, Pricing, Linehaul, Operations, etc. and GBQ and Looker Able to demonstrate leadership to drive results.
