Job Description:

Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) ???? Royal Oak, MI (Mon-Thurs onsite | Fri remote) We're working with a growing, privately held organization to identify a Senior Financial Analyst who will serve as a key partner to leadership and help drive financial visibility across the business. This role offers a mix of systems ownership, strategic FP&A work, and process improvement , making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical and business-facing responsibilities. What You'll Do Lead administration and optimization of the company's financial planning platform (Oracle EPM or similar) Partner cross-functionally with leadership to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives and revenue opportunities Analyze monthly results, explain variances vs. plan , and update forecasts accordingly Support month-end close collaboration to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data Prepare materials and insights for executive and board-level reporting Develop recurring and ad hoc reporting , including profitability and expense analysis Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 4-7 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance Strong experience with financial planning systems (Oracle

EPM / PBCS
