Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting for manufacturing operations. Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and variances to identify trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators within the manufacturing division. Conduct profitability analysis for new product lines, capital expenditures, and process improvements within the manufacturing environment. Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing plants and related departments. Partner with operations and supply chain teams to understand operational drivers and their financial impact. Evaluate potential risks and opportunities related to raw material pricing, production efficiency, and market demand within the manufacturing sector. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software). Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a manufacturing environment.
