Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Analyze production costs, inventory valuations, and operational expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and performance metrics. Support the annual budgeting process and long-range strategic planning for manufacturing operations. Conduct profitability analysis for new products, projects, and capital investments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, supply chain) to improve financial processes and data accuracy. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and problem-solving. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software). Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and data extraction. Bonus Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data extraction and analysis. Understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis). Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for dashboard creation and reporting. Project management experience, particularly in process improvement or system implementation. Certification in financial modeling & valuation (e.g., FMVA) or data analytics (e.g., CBDA).
