If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Montague seeking Financial Analysts who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking. Analyze production costs, inventory, and capital expenditures to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights. Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to understand business drivers and provide financial guidance. Evaluate the financial viability of new projects, capital investments, and product lines. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software). Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and operational metrics. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools.
