Description We are seeking an detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support core accounting operations, financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting. This role will help ensure accurate financial data, support month-end close, analyze account activity, and assist with process improvements across the accounting function. Based on general knowledge. + Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules. Based on general knowledge.

+ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Based on general knowledge.

+ Review variances and investigate discrepancies in financial results. Based on general knowledge.

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. Based on general knowledge.

+ Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Based on general knowledge.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and accounting processes. Based on general knowledge. Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Based on general knowledge. + 2+ years of accounting, finance, or analyst experience. Based on general knowledge.

+ Strong knowledge of reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger activity. Based on general knowledge.

+ Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or accounting systems. Based on general knowledge.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Based on general knowledge.
