Job Description:
Job Description A Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing daily consolidation of cash pool balance and cash requests for executive reporting. Monitoring the local entity treasury cash pool Maintain monthly reporting files. Key responsibilities Update CF file with actual banking movements based on bank statements and daily cash management including cash transaction and FX needs Monitor daily cash pool tracker with actual banking movements and forecasted amount for up to two weeks out. Reconcile/update file for reporting Execution of Manual Wire Transfers related to Payroll, Benefits, and Tax Prepare Local NOVI Cash Flow Forecast File/Uploader File for monthly submission Update V-cash reporting on monthly basis Assist Treasury Manager with month-end close duties. Calculate bank movements for CPH Prepare closing balance of CP and interest based on the average daily balances for cash pool. Process/Collect Quarterly interest Prepare Netting payment /send for approval/enter amount in the bank as a payment Download Bank Statements and Analysis from BofA and Citibank for US and MX Attend weekly Central Treasury Meetings Sending/responding to emails Liaise with banks to address any account issues and queries for US locations
Internal Control:
SOX, IC related activities, and audit related matters Support Regional Treasury manager with treasury reporting and special projects Support the development of Treasury Compliance Policies Years of Experience 3 to 6 years of experience working in a corporate Treasury department and Cash Management/Finance Degree Preferred Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting Experience & Qualifications Ability to quickly understand complex transactions and provide direction to treasury team Support accounting team regarding impacts on accounting for month end Problem solving and analytical abilities where problems are complex Banking Relationships Detailed variance analysis and building solid analytics for reporting Comfortable in a fast?moving, high?growth environment with evolving processes and priorities Experience with treasury management systems, ERP systems (SAP) Proficient in Excel software Special Requirements (i.e., Overtime, Travel, etc.) Work with International team Overtime is required as needed
