Job Posting TitleOperations College Co-op Job Description SummaryThe Operations/Finance Co-op will support various financial activities and contribute to the efficient operations at our Oxford Forge facility. This co-op position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial processes, capital improvement projects, and general accounting within a manufacturing environment. Ready to join the team that's Built to Perform? Apply Today! Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.



Support the tracking and monitoring of capital improvement projects (CIP), including budgeting, expenditure tracking, and project status updates.



Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.



Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.



Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.



Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records.



Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and support decision-making.



Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.



Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures.



Assist and learn from other departments.



Sorting non-conformance material and quality inspections.



All other duties as assigned. Required Skills and EducationCurrently enrolled fulltime in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Operations or a related field.



Graduation date of December 2027 or later.



Available to work a minimum of 25 hours each week, year-round.



Minimum 3.0 GPA.Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.



Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.



Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.



Strong attention to detail and accuracy.



Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.



Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.



Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., PLEX) is a plus.



Demonstrated interest in manufacturing operations and finance.
