REQUIREMENTS

for the Financial Reporting Analyst role Bachelor s degree in Accounting 2+ years of related experience CPA Designation preferred Public Accounting firm experience Exposure to SEC Registrants preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

of the Financial Reporting Analyst role Performs various tasks related to the consolidation of subsidiary financial statements Assists in the preparation and timely submission of required SEC filings (8-Ks, 10-Ks and proxy) and supplemental reporting Assists in researching accounting regulations and SEC disclosure requirements Provides technical accounting consultation regarding US GAAP Prepares various monthly internal reports Handles accounting journal entries and financial analytics for various specialized areas Reconciles assigned balance sheet accounts, prepares supporting work papers for the external audit Other duties and special projects as assigned If you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to apply to this job and email your resume to: jclark@venteon.com We treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
