This role will focus on managing AP/AR processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and supporting the overall efficiency of the finance function in a collaborative environment. The Finance Coordinator - Accounts Payable/Receivable role is a client direct hire position with a hybrid schedule after an initial training period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their accounting career to gain hands-on experience and grow within a stable and team-oriented organization. Finance Coordinator - Accounts Payable/Receivable Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Ensure accurate coding, entry, and reconciliation of financial data Assist with invoicing, collections, and payment processing Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations Maintain organized financial records and documentation Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes Finance Coordinator - Accounts Payable/Receivable Requirements 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in AP/AR Basic understanding of accounting principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group provides clients with accomplished professionals to support finance, accounting, internal audit and tax teams.
