The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and Excel skills, 2+ years of relevant experience and manufacturing/distribution experience. The Financial Analyst role is an onsite position. This is a direct hire position. Financial Analyst Responsibilities Analyze supply chain costs, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory holding costs. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for supply chain operations. Track and report key performance indicators, including inventory turnover, cost per unit, and service levels. Support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting activities. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements. Partner with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and other teams to align financial and operational goals. Prepare financial models, variance analyses, and management reports. Maintain and update financial and operational databases. Assist with pricing analysis and supplier cost evaluations. Analyze inventory and logistics data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support financial planning and decision-making through accurate and timely analysis. Develop and maintain reporting and data visualization tools as needed. Financial Analyst Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field. Two-plus years of relevant financial analysis, supply chain, accounting, or related experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic financial modeling. Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Basic understanding of supply chain processes and financial principles. Understanding of inventory management and logistics concepts. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
