You are being redirected Once you are on the page, please click the refer button Job Overview Qualifications Benefits Job Overview Key Responsibilities Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial results, forecasts, and key performance indicators; communicate insights and recommendations to management Prepare accurate and timely month-end close reporting, journal entries, and account reconciliations Perform Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing and support compliance with internal control requirements Coordinate with corporate finance teams to meet reporting requirements, deadlines, and financial objectives Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives Manage recurring financial processes, including overtime reporting, manpower allocations, labor analysis, and other operational reporting requirements Assist with special projects, financial analyses, and ad hoc reporting requests as needed What You Will Learn Support the development and execution of Business Plans, Model Year Budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities Utilize financial systems and reporting tools, including SAP, Essbase, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications, to support business operations and reporting needs Operations of Manufacturing Finance Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree A general understanding of core Finance or Accounting principles Willingness to grow and develop a career in Manufacturing Finance The ability to learn how to budget, forecast, and report actuals through the monthly close process Proficient inGoogle and Microsoft Suites Preferred Qualifications:
