If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are collaborating with multiple companies in Whitehall seeking experienced Financial Analysts. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights. Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations. Evaluate capital expenditure requests, performing ROI and payback period analysis. Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve financial performance and efficiency. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing productivity and profitability. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and their application in manufacturing. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools.
