Job Description

•On-site in Zeeland, MI• We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the team. This role will focus on cost estimating, pricing analysis, customer quoting, and supporting key business decisions across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, working through ambiguity, and partnering with operations and leadership to drive profitability. Key Responsibilities Develop cost estimates and customer quotations for new programs and products. Analyze cost structures, pricing, margins, and profitability. Benchmark products and estimate costs for programs that may launch 18+ months in the future. Maintain and update cost files for existing programs. Support financial analysis projects, including cost reduction opportunities, investment evaluations, and business performance reviews. Analyze variances, research cost trends, and support forecasting activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of costing and quoting processes. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Cost Accountant, Cost Estimator, or similar role. Experience with cost estimating, pricing, quoting, and manufacturing cost structures. Strong Excel skills. Automotive and/or manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Experience with AI tools is a plus. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information. High level of accountability, discipline, and attention to detail. Confidence to challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations. Why Join Us?
