Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our dynamic financial services team. In this role, you will support financial advisors by preparing comprehensive financial plans, conducting research, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your expertise will help clients achieve their financial goals through tailored wealth management strategies, estate planning advisory services, and investment management solutions. Responsibilities Assist financial advisors in developing personalized financial plans by gathering client data and performing detailed financial analysis using advanced planning software. Prepare documentation for estate planning, including wills, trusts, and estate law considerations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Conduct research on investment options, tax implications, and regulatory requirements to support sound financial decision-making. Support client relationship management efforts by communicating complex financial concepts clearly and professionally. Perform regulatory due diligence to ensure all client recommendations adhere to current banking regulatory compliance standards and FINRA regulations. Collaborate with clients on retirement planning advisory services, cash management strategies, and asset management solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, financial concepts, and market trends to provide informed support to advisors and clients. Experience Proven experience practicing in the securities industry with a strong understanding of financial services and investment planning. Demonstrated expertise in estate planning, including wills, trusts, estate law, and related legal considerations. Familiarity with financial analysis tools, financial software applications, and industry-specific research methods. Experience practicing regulatory due diligence within a banking or securities environment is highly desirable. Strong background in tax concepts, retirement planning advisory services, and wealth management strategies. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently. Knowledge of banking regulatory compliance standards and experience working with financial planning software is preferred. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
