We are seeking an analytically sharp Rebate Disbursement Analyst to own the end-to-end execution of a high-value client portfolio within an $18 Billion annual disbursement operation. In this role, you will decode complex contract logic, solve high-level variance puzzles, and drive process improvements alongside cross-functional leaders in FP&A, Legal, and Client Management.
Key Responsibilities Portfolio Ownership:
Manage end-to-end payment execution, auditing, and timeliness for your assigned client portfolio.
Contract Subject Matter Expert:
Translate intricate contract terms and setup logic into precise system execution.
Problem Solving & Analytics:
Perform root-cause and variance analyses to resolve discrepancies and handle complex financial inquiries.
Process Optimization:
Identify operational friction points and partner with internal teams to build streamlined, modern workflows.
What You Bring Required:
Background in complex financial operations, payment processing, or rebate analysis.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel skills (required); SQL proficiency (highly preferred).
