We deliver top of the line hot tubs to happy customers!! This is a full-time Hot Tub Tech associate at Twin City Jacuzzi, based out of our warehouse in Hopkins. The ideal candidate would have 4+years Hot Tub experience and strong mechanical, automotive or / and electrical troubleshooting skills. Spa Technician Hours per week:

Full time 40 hours M-F Hourly base: $30-35

Provide a positive service experience to the customer Maintain a professional appearance Maintain a professional attitude, go above and beyond your job responsibilities to create long lasting customers Attention to detail, must be able to follow the process Work in outdoor conditions Local sales event set up Showroom support, removing and installing spas in showrooms as well as fulfilling work orders Maintain vehicles and trailers, report issues to supervisor so they can be addressed

Inspections & Troubleshooting:

Identifying and diagnosing problems with hot tubs, and providing timely solutions.

Repair & Replacement:

Performing necessary repairs or replacements of faulty components, including pumps, heaters, and jets.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and educating customers on proper hot tub care.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensuring all hot tubs are compliant with safety regulations and guidelines.

Other Duties:

Assisting with new hot tub installations, providing recommendations for upgrades or replacements, and other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Forklift Certified and experience Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 150 lbs. without complications Positive attitude & team player Eligible to work in the US Must be able to read and write in English. Valid Driver license Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of hot tub maintenance practices, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water circulation. Ability to diagnose and repair common hot tub issues. Customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Physical ability to lift and handle tools and equipment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable). Experience in pool or hot tub service, repair, or maintenance is preferred.
