Financial Analyst Compensation:
$105,000-$120,000 + Bonus Why Consider This Financial Analyst Opportunity? Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunity High visibility role partnering with senior leadership Broad exposure across operations, engineering, supply chain, accounting, HR, IT, and finance Opportunity to influence capital investment decisions and business performance Exposure to strategic projects, process improvements, and reporting automation initiatives Financial Analyst Overview The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, capital planning, and business performance analysis. This role partners cross-functionally to provide data-driven insights, improve decision-making, and support profitable growth. Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities Support annual budgets and ongoing forecasts through analysis, consolidation, and planning Develop financial models and evaluate capital investment opportunities, including ROI, NPV, and payback analysis Create and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization solutions Partner with operational leaders to support capital planning and strategic initiatives Conduct post-investment analysis and performance reviews of major projects Assist with risk management, insurance-related financial analysis, and special projects Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives Qualifications for the Financial Analyst Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Cost Accounting, or Operations Finance Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience Advanced Excel skills Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, or data visualization tools is a plus #
