Are You Looking to:

Analyze key business drivers like labor efficiency, inventory turnover, and supply chain costs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Partner with operations managers to build annual budgets and monthly forecasts that reflect realistic production or service capacities. Conduct deep dives into "Actual vs. Plan" results, explaining the why behind cost overruns or savings in operational departments.

Are You Ready to:

Build complex models to evaluate the ROI of capital expenditures ($CapEx$), such as new machinery, facility expansions, or technology implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics) to streamline workflows and reduce waste. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into operational health for senior leadership.

Job Requirements:

What You'll Need:

Degree in Accounting or Finance, or five years of an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Four or more years of experience in Accounting and Financial functions with at least two or more years of proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Ability to travel up to 20%. Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
