Job Overview The Finance Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining financial records, and supporting the management team in various tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software to help streamline processes and enhance financial performance. A full job description is available on request. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Coordinate with other departments yto gather necessary financial information. Ensure copliance with financial regulations and internal policies. support audits by providing required documentation and informatio. Manage accounts payyable and receivable processes efficiently. Utilize financial software to enhance reporting Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements promptly while maintaining detailed records for audit readiness. Support month-end and year-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports with precision. Collaborate with departments to gather financial information, clarify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy across systems. Maintain up-to-date documentation of financial policies, procedures, and compliance standards to promote transparency. Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate with external vendors or auditors during audits or financial reviews to facilitate smooth processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous. Proficiency in financial software is essential for effective performance. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communications skills for collaboration with team members and other departments. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay:
$27.56 - $30.21 per hour
