Job Description
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented and personable financial coordinator to join our orthodontic team! The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, great with numbers and—most importantly—provides exceptional customer service to our patients and families. Dental/orthodontic insurance and financial experience preferred. If you're looking to join a positive, patient-focused team, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities This role will be responsible for insurance verification and claims, patient accounts, payment arrangements, account follow-up, and helping patients understand their financial and insurance benefits . Assist patients with financial inquiries, contracts, payment plans and understanding their insurance benefits with excellent customer service skills Manage patient accounts by processing payments, posting charges and reconciling accounts Prepare and submit orthodontic claims efficiently Follow up on unpaid or denied claims Follow up on accounts receivable Experience Proven experience in dental/orthodontic office settings with a focus on billing and collections Previous experience working with billing tailored for dental or orthodontic practices is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills coupled with the ability to handle sensitive financial discussions professionally Join us as an Orthodontic Financial Coordinator to make a meaningful impact by ensuring seamless financial operations while delivering outstanding patient care. Pay:
